Actually, enlarged breast is common among men. Large breast size should regress especially at the age of 16-18 years. However, it may sometimes not regress after adulthood and become permanent. A feminine breast appearance arises in men.

• Gynecomastia is classified in 3 grades of severity.
- In the first grade, there is only excess breast and fat tissue without skin sag.

• The surgery can be performed under general anesthesia or local anesthesia depending on the patient's condition.
